I feel like we are developing a friendship online. If we were geographically closer, I would ask you if you want to get together and have tea and chat while we do handwork (currently I'm hand-stitching binding on a very bright improvisationally pieced quilt that has tropical fish appliqued on it.) Or I would invite you and your daughter for a teddy bear tea party.
I love it that you are calling this doll my inner child doll. I have lots of inner children, and they love your dolls!
I was able to get a fat quarter of a pink hedgehog fabric; it's on its way from Japan. I've got my kitchen table cleared off (an on-going challenge), and I'm hoping to get my featherweight sewing machine set up. I've been not-machine-sewing for a year because of back and ankle pain, and I've been really missing it!
