Dear Carole

I am very honored to be your friend and thank you for your wonderful, kind words! I am very humbled that I can be part of your healing journey and that we can make these dolls together for the littles. They all sound so wonderful and sweet and I'm sure we are going to to make some really special dolls for them.

So far we have Sara's doll who is our little hedgehog friend and Cara's doll who is blond with purple clothes (with pockets in her dress for her treasures).

We are also thinking of the Irish doll, yes I love the idea of her being like Fionuala, she was very sweet. I am thinking for her a dark coloured dress (perhaps a dark green, maybe soft velour) with a white apron, white bloomers and a soft cosy shawl? Perhaps a green ribbon in her hair? I am going to my wee local town tomorrow and I thought I'd have a look in the tourist shops and see if they have any minature bodhrans or something similar?
