Hi Laura,

this is Sara, and other littles are here too, but I get to write.
Jo is helping me spell and type. But I am smart cos I can type. myself.

I am so so glad that you will make a doll for me. I am looking forward. I like the pink with hedgehog babies.
I am pretty scared now so I am glad that there will be a doll. for me. special. thank you.
we have to go to the doctor tomorrow and talk about having surgery next month on the leventh. the nurse called today and said the doctor wants to do surgery on both feet on the leventh. both feet! we said no, one at a time, so she said we should come talk to the doctor tomorrow.
one surgery won't be bad she says, taking the screws out of our right foot.
but the other surgery is bad. I know cos we had it before.
they take one tendon out and put it for another tendon, and take off our heel and put it back on with big screws. and cut and lengthen our achilles tendon.
I be so scard.
I guess im not brave.
but last time the day after, they made it so we had no pain medicine. in the hospital.
But doctor Fishman, who is our pain doctor, said he will take care of us next time.
I only want dollies, not hurting.
Good things:

we can hold dollies and make up stories with our dollies.
Sally our therapist rents an office not hers so we can see her in our wheelchair.
and we will have ichat sessions too.
we got through it once. we can get through it again.
grownups gots to talk to the doctor tomorrow, so littles don't show how scared they are. we would cry and be so upset maybe the doctor wouldn't fix our ankle. and our foot and ankle really needs to be fixed.
so we gots to do it.
but I be scared.
