Hi Carole,
I love our wee friendship too and it would be so fun to get together for some tea and crafting lol! Your quilt with the fish sounds gorgeous! and I can't wait to see the hedgehog one.
I will do the doll mouths as you ask, the slightly darker shade of pink and a wee line, that is no problem at all! Also I'd be delighted to do you a plaid schoolgirl outfit for your inner child doll.
I can't wait to hear your plan, it sounds very intriguing, and I would really love to hear how my dolls can help your healing journey, I was thinking of writing a blog post about this and the possible use of dolls in healing!
What with writing stories and your quilting you are a girl after my own heart.
Answering your questions.....I have 3 kids, Rebe (pronounced Ree Bee...it's actually short for Rebecca) she is 6. She is adorable, and very quirky. Her favourite colour is yellow and she has yellow curly hair. Her favourite food is pizza (of course lol). I have 2 wee boys as well, Benny who is 3 and Joa who is 1 (they are all summer babies so you can add a half on to all their ages).
I blog about our wee family life here in Ireland here and you are very welcome to pop by and get a feel for our family...I'm sure there are even some pictures of me on there somewhere. nestledunderrainbows.blogspot.com/
So, I better go for now, I am making a lasagne for lunch and have left Benny licking the bowls he he! Oh I wanted to ask if I can quote you on my fb page I love what you wrote about my dolls and childhood?
'Your dolls seem to hold the essence of a good childhood. Clearly they hold a lot of love, and joy'
I am really enjoying our conversations, for me making friends is one of the absolute added bonuses of making custom dolls...does that make you a custom friend lol?
much love and many hugs for now,
Laura
